No Magic tricks as Celtics advance to next round with dominant Game 5 victory

Jason Tatum flirted with a triple-double performance and found help from his usual reliable support cast as the Boston Celtics ran roughshod and finished off the Orlando Magic, 120-89, in Game 5, to advance to the next round of the NBA Playoffs Wednesday at the TD Garden in Boston.

Tatum came away with 35 points and dished out 10 assists while missing two rebounds away from completing a triple-double performance.

But Tatum also got a lot of support from Jaylen Brown, who added 23 markers. Payton Pritchard and Sam Hauser contributed 10 apiece for the Celtics, who shot a steady 56.6% from the field while holding down the Magic to just 37.5% shooting.
