Our Time | Blackbears rule TAT Chengdu leg

Not even the multiple leg champions Aces can stop the Blackbears this time as the more aggressive team from Macau played more inspired, more determined basketball in beating their more renowned rivals, 99-92, on the final day of competition in The Asian Tournament late Sunday night.

Behind the double-double games of Phoenix Shackelford and Seny Pathe Ndiaye, the Blackbears displayed a more balanced firepower than their rivals.

Offensively, it was Brendan Bailey who led the way with 26 markers while local players Jenning Leung and Chao Xing Zhao combined for 25 points to make key contributions as well for the Blackbears.

The Blackbears won despite getting outrebounded by the Aces, 48-62, but Macau hit 13 trhee-point shots, four of those coming from Bailey.
