Red Lions clobber Smash in NDSL Under-25 caging

San Beda played solid basketball all game long as it hammered out a 74-38 win over Smash in the under-25 division of the National Developmental Sports League at the Metpark Sports Arena on Monday.

Dom Sarigumba led the way with 17 points while Miles Culdora added 15 markers and Daniel Marcelo chipped in 10 for the Red Lions, who completely dominated their opponents in almost all departments.

San Beda scored 23 points from the total 19 turnovers of Smash. The Red Lions also pounced their way inside more aggressively, producing 40 points compared to only 22 for Smash.

The Mendiola-based dribblers also made a conscious effort getting those second chance points as they churned out 21, 12 more than their rivals, while also outplaying Smash when it comes to bench points, 33-22.
